Freediver
Description: It is the first level PADI freediving course. For those who want to enter the world of this sport, made up of discipline, control, and inner power. If you want to enter the underwater world in silence, as long as your breath allows, this course is for you.
Prerequisite: no certification but good health, adequate general conditions and tranquility in the water
Minimum age: 15 years
What You Will Learn: The PADI Freediver course consists of three main phases:
1) the development of knowledge on freediving principles through independent study with the PADI Freediver Touch ™ (or with your instructor who can conduct class sessions).
2) Confined water session to learn static and dynamic freediving and freediving techniques. You will reach the following objectives: static apnea of 90 seconds; dynamic apnea of 25 meters.
3) Open water sessions to practice free diving in constant weight up to 10.
The Centro Sub Campi Flegrei will provide you, included in the cost of the course, with all the necessary material and equipment that you will use during the course.
