Basic Freediver
Description: It is an experience for those who have always wondered what is the feeling of going down into the blue holding your breath. It is carried out in confined waters (swimming pool or basin similar to a swimming pool for deep conditions and calm sea)
Prerequisite: no certification but good health, adequate general conditions and tranquility in the water
Minimum age: 12 years
Practice: You will reach the goals of at least 90 seconds in static apnea and at least 25 meters in dynamic apnea
Theory: knowledge development
The Centro Sub Campi Flegrei will provide you, included in the cost of the course, with all the necessary material and equipment that you will use during the course.
